How does your diet look?
The diet will contain three variants of daily nutrition. It would be your choice which diet variant you will follow in the chosen day. However, you will get my default schedule for the options in the week, like my recommendation, so that you can change that any time.
What are the supplements, and how can help me?
Supplements contain ingredients that are parts of the food or herbs. Each supplement contains various ingredients; each one has optimized for different psychophysical effects. These effects bring us an adequate diet or workout; thereby, we get better and faster progress.
Can you create a home workout plan? I want to work out at home.
I can create you, but this workout I don't recommend you due to the decreased variants of equipment.
Does the home workout affect the same as the gym workout? Which exercise can give me better results?
Gyms have more exercise varieties available then home. Therefore gym workout is always a better option, no matter what your goal is. However, if your goal is muscle gain and you don't own enough weightlifting equipment, I don't recommend you request for home workout.
